At Sandoval Gymnastics, Enrollment occurs 3 times a year - Spring, Summer & Fall.

 

All Current Families have priority Enrollment and will enroll before any New Families. There is never guaranteed Enrollment as a New Family, as we are at capacity in most programs.

In order to prepare for any open Enrollment as a New Family, you must do the following:

1. Fill out the Registration Form!

Once you have filled it out, you will have a Parent Portal generated for you. If you have filled it out in the past, you already have a Parent Portal created for you.

2. Schedule an Evaluation!

Call us at 281-595-7990 during business hours to schedule an evaluation!

Athletes 3 and up by the time the Semester begins, do require an Evaluation on file. Re-Evaluations are needed if an athlete Evaluated in the past, but is not currently enrolled. Any Returning athletes that have not been in the gym for a Semester, will need a Re-Evaluation. Athletes 18 months - 2 years will enroll in Mommy & Me. No evaluation needed.

Evaluations are 15 mins and will determine your child's Placement for Enrollment into the gym.

3. Any availability in specific levels for Spring 2026 will be sent out via email in December, if you have filled out the Registration Form.

New Family Enrollment for Spring 2026 is December 11th at 7 pm in the Portal. It is first-come, first-served. All athletes must have an Evaluation on file upon Enrollment or they will be dropped.

There are no trial classes offered at Sandoval Gymnastics. You are always welcome to observe a class prior to Enrollment.

Sandoval Gymnastics is not a monthly gym - the gym runs on Semesters and there is one Tuition fee associated with each class. We do have a Payment Schedule you are welcome to follow, if you do not pay in full upon Enrollment. All fees are due, regardless of attendance. Once you hit Enroll, you are committed to paying the associated tuition, as outlined in the Policies you agree to upon Enrollment.

Be sure to read through ALL Policies prior to Enrollment, so you know what you are committing to. Fall Policies will be published in July.
